That dude is not paleo-atlantid at all he is alpine. Paleo-Atlantids and North-Atlantids are almost always pale-fair skinned. He has an Aurignacian chin, it looks square but its actually circular. Paleo-Atlantids are just like pigmented Borrebys/Brunns.

Iberians are the most western of Southern Europe, British are the western type of Northern Europe.

France, Iberia and British Isles are the countries with more atlantids/atlanto-meds/north atlantid types and consequently the three most western.
