I think a nordicist is a person that rejects any non-nordic influence, to me Varg Vikernes is the ultimate nordicist.

A Nordicist will be one who denies Southern Europeans history (Greece & Rome) and possible impacts of those (for example spreaded the Christianity into Europe)?

Not a one who does not care much of that stuff 21th century? Feeling we (todays people) have much bigger/important matters to deal with, solve, think, focus, value ... today.

If you do not understand the historical and philosophical impact of these events you cannot understand their impact on parts of the Germanic population.

If we talk about the post-christian 21st century that turned the west to a hellhole without ideals, I still feel closer to a catholic traditionalist from south France than to a liberal Swede named Sören or a nordicist Pagan named Varg.

Having said all this, it is true the Nordic countries tend to do better than most in terms of quality of life, socioeconomic equality, respect for the environment and clean governance.

Rome (empire) were also good to ''steal'' innovations/ideas which had been developed by ''inferior uncivilized'' tribes/people they faced & occupied.

I'm also pretty sure that if those civilizations would not had existed ... something else would had risen some other places. Different? Probably. Still sooner or later. That is parts of being ''humans'' ... and especially true with ''whites'' ... even as I don't personally like all the stuff what we can include into that ''nature''.
