I shall start off with my hometown of Swansea:

I can describe my toddler's class.
They are 11 kids. One has Venezuelan parents, another one Mexican/Uruguayan parents of Jewish origin, and another one of Spaniard/ Brazilian parents (dad is black so the kid is mulato). The Mexican/Uruguayan looks local, and the Venezuelan kid looks foreign but nothing so extreme like the pics you posted. My own kid is a mix of Uruguayan/Argentinan parents but could barely count as a 'different mix'.

8 north africans (2 tunisians the rest moroccans)
7 Belgians
one west african (burkina faso)
one mulatto (half belgian half congolese)
one half belgian half moroccan
one half belgian half tunisian (still was darker than all the north africans in the class lol)
one italian (sicilian)
one half pakistani half spanish
one venezuelan
one turk
one filipino

Basically any schools in big US cities, especially in the liberal ones(although technically the most segregated city is Milwuakee which is in a swing state). Go from one part of the Upper East Side in Manhattan to another and it's like you travelled from Israel to the Puerto Rico or Jamaica.
Probably less of a thing in places like London, Birmingham, etc. I would imagine, as it is in Canadian big cities.
