Between Swiss-Germans and Austrians there is not difference other than some phenotypes are more common in one country than in the other although the overlapp between West Austria and Swiss is even stronger. You can find germanic looking people in both countries, its however not a dominant look. However the difference lies in Swiss-Italian and Swiss-French on one side and those Eastern looking Austrians (i can imagine at least that Swiss people would think so) Most of them pass as atypical, there are however some Swiss-Italians who look really Med-ish and they would be propably off.
As a side note: both countries had a lot of immigration from the Balkans. The Swiss from Albania, Austria from Ex-Yu and both from Turkey.
Netherlands looks compared to Belgium more Nordish. They have more Faelids etc. too. Beligum is compared to them more Alpine and .. Subnordid, they have also more people who look French. However i think that there is good overlapp too, and the vast majority can pass at least as atypical.
Imo i think its even
