Standard accent of Czech languge are spoken by employees of public (non-private) broadcasting media, some teachers, etc.
Most of Czechs (includes me) speaks with some more or less recognizable regional accent.

Im not sure I get this question. What would be standard spanish accent? We speak rioplatense dialect here, but depending the state it might have variations. Some people say "tu" instead of "vos", and so on. In the capital Montevideo -which containts more than half the country population- social class is also an important factor.

Low class will speak distinctively, with special words and rustic pronuntiation. The upper class speaks distinctively too, though more similarly to the standard accent.

If you mean people who speak with a stereotypical broad Aussie accent, at least 1/3 of the country speaks like that.

Each country usually has a standard or prestigious version of its national language.

Most Greek accents are fairly similar to the standard one. Actually we can't even decide which is the standard one, South Peloponnesian-Athenian or North Thessallllonian-Constantinopolitan. Ionian islanders speak with a "singing" accent, Cretans have their own very distinguishable idiom.

Not common even on tv, but what is standard to me is more like a neutral northern (that is, not occurring south of La Spezia-Rimini line) accent

Perfect example of this variety is spoken by journalist Lilli Gruber who, ironically, is South Tyrolean:

Proper standard Italian as dictated by Accademia della Crusca is otherwise a voice acting/dubbing professional thing, requires formal training and virtually no one uses it in daily life

I disagree. Standard hungarian is spoken throughout the country(most people in the countryside speaks it), not only in Budapest.
