Default Higher civillizations have short existence

    Atlanteans
    Sythians
    Egyptians
    Sumerians
    Babylonians
    Hellenes
    Romans
    Indus walley
    Angkor
    Akkadians
    Mayans

    Where have they gone?

It seems every civillization reach it's peak and slowly destroy itself.

Western (Anglo-American) culture seem to follow the same path.

And now the USA? Or is it a long-running process and events have accelerated recently? Right now is it really this serious and brutal on a national level (members from the USA)?

Kadaffi said one time himself, I'm not afraid of Americans but of my own people. If you are too strong they will eventually want to destroy you from outside or inside. Aswell those old civilizations were big because of their war prone politics, therefore it was normal once, they will run out of power and they will eventually fall.

USA will be moving significantly backwards once the Latin speakers become the majority in line with the decrease of White citizens.

Are you talking about culture, or civilization? Western civilization has its roots in Roman Empire, so that is a timespan of 2 000+ years. So-called "Anglo-American" civilization is just Roman civilization + Christianity + some barbarian stuff. Fact is, civilization today is no more advanced than it was during time of Diocletian. Technology has advanced, there were some ephemeral advances in terms of quality of life, "human rights" (specifically, end of slavery) and so on, but nothing really crucial.

Our modern civillization was based on the Hellenic-Roman model, but we're separate in the sense it wasn't a continuous one but the reincarnation of the past in a historical way of sense.

    "Atlanteans", lol.

The vast majority of the civilizations you mentioned were not short lived. They lasted centuries, some even thousands of years. Decay is inevitable though. One of my favorite authors on the subject has got to be Oswald Spengler (German historian and philosopher), he wrote the Der Untergang des Abendlandes which theorizes that any culture is a superorganism with a limited and predictable lifespan.

Relatively speaking Weddic speakers, Hunter-Gatherers across the globe have a longer/continuous "civillization" even if many Western scolars disregard them from being part of the human history.
