This is already happening here in Aus - racial and gender quotas when hiring in some companies. Women already have significantly lowered entrance scores in "male-dominated" fields.

Have they considered the fact that women just simply don’t want to be in some fields as much as men? The fact the 5% of CEOs in America are women in my opinion is proof enough not that there is a gender inbalance or any inequality of some kind in the workplace but rather that women simply don’t want to be in those positions!
