I found many of these in my DNA data but it's too long for me to write it down

For eg I am derived for following

rs3213871 rs4988243 rs4988183 rs3769005 rs2236783

some of these present in ancient DA125 Kang Ju sample which is closest to Erzya people

apparently only 15% of europeans are lacto-intolerant. and based on this map, most of them are in the south-east

Blame I2 for that.

I don't know about you guys,but if i don't drink my daily dose of cow milk,i am getting crazyy.Also many days especially in summer i literally replace water with milk.Why i can drink milk and you can't?

I use milk only with frappe to make it softer, have never drink it solely in recent years. I was able to drink milk while I was 7-8, I remember clearly, but then intolerance started which happens from time to time.

I don't know what causes to being partly intolerant, apparently, I'm GG which should mean both of my ancestors have at least one G, and they are tolerant.

Never had problems with lactose, I tend to drink around 1l per day, which is suprising of my southern genes.

Unfortunately it's genetics so I (and the people who have it) can't change this. By the way it's good that you drink milk, I know it's (supposedly) healthy and nutritious but I can live without it I guess
