I know about Serbia and Austria. In Serbia traditional would be opanke and sajkace but most dont wear it everyday, I dont know about some small towns but where I was I never saw one only on cultural festivities, in Austria traditional is of course Lederhosen, Tracht, etc. and many wear it not only on Oktoberfest but also in everyday life, usually older people but you can see people in Tracht everyday and with austrian hats and such. They are everywhere to buy, even in discounters for a cheap prize, which are not dedicated to clothes and Tracht like Hofer or Penny. I bought my Trachten button up shirts in Hofer, it is still a real Tracht and a good label but I dont know how they can offer them so cheap maybe it is a outlier in production but still good just a atypical outlier in production and they can offer them for a cheap prize.
