Default Can Equatorial Guinea, Cape Verde, Angola and Mozambique be considered Afro-Latino?

Culturally? How strong is Spanish and Portuguese cultural and genetic influence in these nations?

I agree. It is the only one which is totally "portuguese" speaking with non african language. Maybe Sao Tomé and Principe is something similar to Cape Verde. Guinea Bissau, Angola and Mozambique have portuguese as oficial language, but people mostly speak african languages.

Guinea Ecuatorial, Angola, Mozambique (and Guinea Bissau too) are countries culturally african in every sense, while Cape Verde are more westernized-hispanized and have a direct contact with Portugal.

Don´t know about Santo Tomé y Príncipe.

Most people speak fang, bubi or another african language. They only use spanish as a second language, and probably many equatoguineans dont know speaking spanish very well.

If ''latino'' means anybody from a country that has been conquered and culturally, genetically and linguistically influenced by latin european nations then yes, sort of, at least for Cape Verde.

I'm pretty sure angolans, mozambicans and guineenses speak portuguese.
