I look on hes Phenotype he doesnt look.Greek.you are Real Greek he look like ? I saw similar Ukranian with same skin tone not gypsys real Ukranians. He can pass as Romanian too I guess

There is nothing particular East Slavic about him being able to pass as Russian or Ukrainian doesn't make him particular
East Slavic looking neither.

To pass as Romanian for a Greek isn't that much of a stretch despite that i think that Romanians and Greeks generally look different.

I'd classify him as Dinaric or Dinaro Alpine
