Perhaps whites should move to private suburbs en masse and organise funds to provide social homes for whites that are less well off in those private suburbs. It's private land so they can just have a couple of affluent token minorities move in and still decline all further minority applicants by claiming that: "you don't meet the criteria". If they are smart they should also invite businesses to set up shop on private land as well... (drawing businesses out of the city). In the age of teleworking, you no longer need skyscrapers and big offices: working from home, archive and storage space and some representative offices for meetings suffice.
