It's broken in 2 parts (ironic in a way), some parts of it are obviously rubbed out by someone to make it less readable, it's exposed only as "Old Slavic text where Bitola is first mentioned", but still "tsar of Bulgaria" and "Bulgarian by birth" are readable.
