It's hard to decipher what they are saying. It sounds as if they are shortening every other word.

The moderator is from Lisbon. Guy with beard is from Porto and has a bit of an accent. Guy on the right is also from Porto but has no accent from there (wiki says he grew up in Lisbon). So maybe spanish speakers struggle with Lisbon accents and get better people from Porto.

Yeah, that was my impression too. I'm assuming the first gent comes from a different city/region where people are not so lazy lol
