    Rare, because I do think they have better chances to pass as SE Asians or Northern Asians than NE Asians at all.

    Why do Amerindians have natural selection for them to look more southern shifted than northern shifted?

    Probably because they tend to be more tanned. Also, NE Asians tend to be more gracile, while SE Asians and Native Americans not.

    Given how Ainu should be, probably yes. I mean, Northern Asians at some degree resemble Native Americans (well, makes sense anyway), therefore that kind of mixed look can suit at some point.

    However, I'm sure North American mixed natives would be closer to all those groups.
