    The oldest hotel in Spain

The Posada del Peine was opened in 1610, and today it continues to operate in the heart of Madrid.

It has been reported that its walls included, among others, the widow of Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer, Casta Esteban, and the painter José Gutiérrez Solana. The building was also the subject of a speech at the Camilo José Cela Language Academy.

notes. Benito Pérez Galdós in his novel Fortunata and Jacinta, he put in the mouth of one of his most gruesome protagonists, the despotic usurer Doña Lupe Rubín, this defining comment:

According to oral family tradition E-FT155550 comes from a deserter of Napoleon's troops (1808-1813) who stayed in Spain and changed his surname.

    Hotel Alfonso Xlll

Commissioned by the King of Spain to house international dignitaries during the 1929 exhibition, Hotel Alfonso XIII, a Luxury Collection Hotel remains an iconic cultural landmark, located in the historic center of the Santa Cruz area, alongside the Reales Alcázares and the cathedral of Seville.

Diplomats representing Ibero-American countries attended the 1929 sample, as did King Alfonso and his wife. However, no foreign presidents attended, except for Norwegian President Johan Ludwig Mowinekel, who attended on a private visit, and Portuguese President Fragoso.

The hotel hosted personalities during the 1992 show, such as Prince Charles and Diana of Wales and Mikhail Gorbachev. It is common for personalities visiting the city to stay there, such as Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Tom Cruise, Cameron Díaz, Madonna15 and Bruce Springsteen.

In 1962 some scenes from the movie Lawrence of Arabia were shot at the hotel

It is one of the best hotels in Europe and monarchs, aristocrats and artists have stayed there. He is 90 years old.

Carlo Suffredini, hotel manager, alongside Tom Cruise

Grace Kelly with her husband, Prince Rainier of Monaco.

Bruce Springsteen, despite being a big star, wanted nothing in the room. He sat in the restaurant for breakfast, in full view of everyone

Mark Zuckerberg, founder of Facebook, who a few years ago wanted to spend the end of the year in Seville. He didn't ask for anything fancy, and he also preferred having breakfast in the dining room

Madonna didn't want to be bothered by anyone; in fact, she asked for a lot of silence around her. But Chayanne felt like home. Shakira arrived accompanied by countless dancers; they did not eat before the concert, and after it, upon arrival at the hotel, he would order a lot of food and have a small party. Like Paulina Rubio, who was in Seville with her then husband Ricardo Bofill.

It has been considered a Site of Cultural Interest since 1998

The Palace is a hotel in the Spanish city of Barcelona, previously known as Hotel Ritz.

The building, designed by the architect Eduard Ferrès Puig, is located on Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes nº 668. The old Ritz hotel was founded in 1919, on the initiative of César Ritz.

This new establishment was inspired by Madrid's Palace and Ritz hotels.

In 2011, Husa sold the hotel for 80 million euros to the Algerian businessman Ali Haddad, although he maintained his management through a lease agreement, through the Mercantil Inmobiliaria Sarasate. In 2014 this management company declared bankruptcy, at which time Haddad assumed direct management of the hotel
