Chicano isn't Mexican, it's Mexican American and highly influenced by the Western American Accents. Just a side note. I prefer the Chicano accent because ebonics is just a low class Southern dialect. It's how white and black trash talk.

Ebonics and Southern accent > General American > Recieved Pronounciation.

Whites with a strong Southern accent speak in a nice way too, like for example this lady (who learned about the Noahide Laws and their plan to genocide white Christians by working as a White House correspondent):

None. "Ebonics" example: How do they friend mother fill? (How does their friend's mother feel?) I actually overheard this. Blacks, even some that are well-educated, usually pronounce "feel" to rhyme with "fill".

Definitely black. Uneducated as it is, it has its roots here and could never sound foreign in the way Mexican accents do.

I don't have a ton of experience with the Chicano dialect so can't really comment on that, but Ebonics just sounds uneducated and ignorant to me.
