Fine. And I'm not a putinist or an imperialist. I think a smaller community has the advantage of the population better knowing each other.
However, a global state stands alone as the gloomiest option because in it authorities would lack any external competition to stop them from gaining unlimited power.

How old are you and wat is the part of the question you don't understand?

It says "countries that have improved the most over the last twenty years", you have any idea of what was the Chinese gdp, the industrial output or the export/import ratio 2 or 3 decades ago ?

It's very clear that over the past 2 decades China has evolved from a backward 3rd world country into a global power that is already competing with the USA on several levels.
