It was 2018, so not too long ago. There was elections going on there, some ALMO craze everywhere. I been to columbia briefly. I also visit the USA, in SW and the Midwest (where there are lots of reservations). Not much in SE Asia, it was only malaysia. I was horrified when I learned that they do FGM/Female circumcision there. Very strange for an Asian population to practice such things. lots of anti-chinese sentiment also at that time

There is no single answer it depends on the viewer but according to the American race census it will be more interracial than Mena and European because native and Asian are two different boxes Mena and European is the same box I don't have a opinion myself and will try to understand and follow the mainstream conclusions

IMO yes. The MENA x European is a good example.

Maybe only some Far East Siberian groups can be closer like Yupiks, Chukchis, Koryaks etc. In fact there's a study showing that Chukchis are the closest group to Native Americans overall.

Anyway to answer your question, yes it is definitely interracial. Natives are like much more genetically divergent from Asiatics than MENAs/West Asians are to Europeans. Heck, even low caste Indians are genetically closer to Euros than Natives are to Mongoloids. Not to mentioned that Natives have like 30-40% or a bit more ANE, something that most Mongoloids totally lack (except Siberians and predominantly Mong Central Asians like Kyrgyz, Kazakh)

Compare the Pima to Asiatics and Saudi to Europeans for example. Saudis are a lot closer to Euros than Pimas are to East Asians and other Mongoloids. What's interesting is that Saudis are genetically closer to Semitic Horners (Eritrean, Ethiopian_Amhara) who have around 40-50% SSA and Uzbeks than to Saami, Mari who are fellow West Eurasians. Also its funny that Pimas are genetically closer to Udmurt, Saami, Bonda, an Austroasiatic tribe from India who are predominantly AASI+East Asian than to Dai and Luzon who are their East Asian distant relatives.

Can you link me the study? I would thought Ket, Selkup would be the closest relatives of Natives.

You could be right though: Pima, an Amerindian tribe from SW USA/Northern Mexico. Chukchis, Koryaks are even closer than Selkup, Ket. What's peculiar though is Altaian and Kazakh who are Turkic Central Asians are also closer to Pima than Ket, Selkup. I wonder why...
