Arab = means arab speaking, otherwise whole arab world is not arab except a few groups.
But I agree that most of North african DNA is native

many studies showed that there is no ethnic arabs in Morocco (and I've yet to see a moroccan scoring more than 30% arab admixture let alone 50 or 60) here an example :

yes according to study posted by nassbean (im not an expert at all concerning dna test study) although when it's come to non-dna thing like history some historian say otherwise

In our culture if your paternal tribe is arab then you're arab (genetic tests are recent and are meaningless in our cultural context)

yes but actually there is many guys who start describe themselves as berbers even they are from "arab" tribe after doing dna test and thats a good thing
