I did not know it. I hope you can somehow forgive what our ancestors might have done there. I have not read much about it but from what I know most of the Tercios there were Germans and Italians (it was like 1/3 each nationality), and preciselly it was the Germans the ones that caused more destruction and the most savage (even Spanish Tercios defended the Churches in your country to avoid being burnt). In the end it were stupid religious wars in which the nationals in Spain, Germany or Italy did not have anything to do.

I have posted some more flags. Look at Cerdeña or Corcega... I hope they have the same mentality as their ancestors towards the same people.

I think we got worse from our own protestant "countrymen" in the end: 150 years of occupation and the complete looting of the whole South (anything that hadn't been stolen yet was stolen and every single church desecrated and given to a couple of prots).

Well, we have to put up with these things since they are already done and it is worst for us to think about it. I guess most countries have the same issues (being attacked from outside and also from the inside). Even the republicanos in our Civil War liked to destroy important religious building and art, and I just read that the French (Napoleón) not only did massive destruction in Spain, 500.000 death, our Reconquista Kings profaned, they also profaned the tumb of El Cid and their remains have been wandering through Europe during centuries. It gets you in anger because those things should not have happened (not need for them), but nothing can be done today.

We have to look at the future, which is not bright for all of us. The worst problem for all the History of Europa is being happening right now, slowly advancing. Just to think in the consequences of all of this in the future makes me extremely dissapointed. Just today 4 "french" (moroccoans) raped 2 girls in Sevilla. Also today dominicans and gypsies fighting in Barcelona like primates for a parking space. Latin Kings captured in Zaragoza for their fights with machetes...and so on. Everyday.

They were never our overlords (although I know that you are saying it in a sarcastic way). They were supossed to work for us. Political parties are criminal organizations that only work for themshelves using a whole country for their benefit.We will never change the system since it is based in "democracy", ie, the government of the fools. Half the population is too stupid to realize what is going on and then they will blame on the "fair right" as THEIR overlords want them to say. Anyways I stop derailing this thread. Other info: The rolling stock used for Renfe's Talgo services is similar to the Talgo IV coaches used by Amtrak on their Cascades services. The main difference being Amtrak's Talgo coaches operate on standard gauge rails where as Renfe's operate on Iberian gauge rails. For those of you wondering what the difference is between standard and Iberian gauge rails, standard gauge rails are 4ft 8½in, where as Iberian gauge rails are 5ft 5²¹/³²in.
