Midsummer eve is behind ... I didn't sleep too much... there were lots of things to talk with my friends (I just returned from Sweden).
Now Midsummer Day? The lunch?
I admit; I'm total novise with wines and over all wines costs lots here (because of high taxes). Still I prefer riesling wines (more than chardonnays) with white fishes. Maybe salmon (pretty fatty fishes) could be another story ...
