they were Gracile Med- Litorid, thats also how non Orientalid people look with high Natufian. Atlanto Med is rare outside of Europe- some NA can look like it, but this is mostly because of EEF

Iberian completly lack natufian ancestry. Natufian was used in place of ANF for ENF ancestery in Europeans because they lacked Anatolian aDNA sources in 2014-2017. Now we know EEF was Barcin_N+WHG. Natufians exists in low level in Greek and S. Italians due to post neolithic MENA migrations but is almost non existant in most Iberians

Iranic have High ANE not semitic peoples. Semites have higher natufian/Levant_N than Iranics. Iranics have higher ANE than both Euro meds and Semites. Iberians have the highest WHG in amongst "Meds"

East Med is actually a synthesis of haplogroup J2 carrying CHG ancestry mixing with EEFs from Anatolia. It's not until the Bronze age East Meds started appearing in Europe and Southern Europe. The Neolithic folk 6,500-2,500 BC were just Meds.

And yes Ancient Hebrews and Phoenicians were about 75% Anatolian farmer and CHG thus mostly 'East Med'.
