The craziest place I have driven in I think was Arkansas and New Mexico during rush hour, Arkansas because its like 75 mph and they always have construction on the interstate there so sometimes its one lane. New Mexico and Arizona near the city can be insane with traffic, I find cities on the east and west coast aren't that bad because they are usually slower. New Jersey can be more iffy than NYC imo, seems like there is always more 18 wheelers all over the place in NJ. Chicago when I was kinda hectic.

I also failed three times and then I miraculously passed for the fourth time after having like 2 years break and taking only like 2-3 additional hours of practise with instructor.
Don't give up buddy.
It takes confidence and not to overthink but it's easier to say than to do of course.
Somehow the people who are thinkers and analysts tend to have more trouble getting driving license than average people I know.

The current restrictions in Poland have forced me to use the car as a mean of transport. I had always used a bus/tram/subway while I commuted to work, but now I have to sit behind the wheel of a car and it is kind of stressfull to me. Anyway I consider it a kind of progress and a bit of fun in this scary and unpredictible times

You haven't made any progress until you start walking instead driving. It's healthier.
