i dont think so, its an old Med form found in North Africa, but it seems also occasionaly in parts of Turkey.

you are obviously pred. Anadolic/Cappadocid, but there is slight South Med influence.
there are Paleo Sardinian Turks, but they are not from Sardinia or Spain nor Greece, so i would not make such conclusions.
