No for these ones who have recent admix with SSA (e.g. black slaves). In this case they are biracials. But I know lots of white MENA in Egypt. White is equal to Caucasian/Caucasoid IMO.

There is no mystery

Some are "white" caucasian, others have some european mix
Some are brown caucasian (admixture?)
Some are white/brown with old admixture Youruba SSA
Some are Mulattos with recent admixture with SSA slaves

It is not a homogeneous region

North Africa unlike most of Sub-Saharan Africa has a lot of history and civilization:
