And what ?
Pygmies have ydna B, Gumuz have ydna A and B, the Mbo have the ydna A00. But does that make them the original homo sapiens ? No, you cant explains everything with a haplogroup, this is stupid.
Khoisan are not even pure and possess the eurasian depigmentation allele that come from their East African Pastoralist ancestry.
Dark skin, a mutation ? Yes, but that happens way before the homo sapiens existence. When your early hominids ancestors moved to the savannah and lost all their bodyhair, do you think it was necessary for them to keeps their light skin and have skin cancer or to have a mutation that accelerated the production of eumelanin (who is a brown and a black pigment) who protect their skin from the high uv, the answer is easy. And the variant of MFSD12 which is coding for the extreme production of eumelanin and the extremelly dark skin of the Nilotic or Andamanese appears way way before the existence of the homo sapiens, this mutation appears between 600000 and 1 millions years. So they were already skin color variation but you cant explain race with skin color.
Mutation that can be good or bad are the key of the diversity in this world and this is what allows each species to adapt to their environment.

Last thing, can you explains how this old Ju'/Hoansi women with clear Capoid features (who dont have Bantu dna), who have the eurasian depigmentation allele and probably dont have the variant of MFSD12 is still dark ?

Haplogroup B is a predecessor of all others
Why do you think the first humans were black? They lived in the desert?
Dark skin is a desert mutation:
Australoid: (its predecessors are clear)
Mongolia
I don't think there are depigmentation genes
Sudan (caucasian black):

They look mixed race to me. They aren't even Caucasoid let alone white.

Nope.
Originally brown, their slave trade made all of North Africa turn into a giant Brazil, now it's very black and brown with a bleached minority.
Even their rare bleached specimens going back to ancient Carthage retain certain distinctive primitive craniofacial morphological traits and can be distinguished from Europeans with 99.9% accuracy.
Spoiler!

They're brown.
And no, they're not Mediterraneans either. Because the term Mediterannean is almost always synonymous with European Mediterranean phenotypes.
