No. North Africans don’t have much Arabian ancestry. They are just Arabized linguistically, and most are of Berber origins even the Arabic speakers. Morocco has very little Arabian ancestry. Libyans tend to have a little bit more but they to are mostly of Berber origins. Berbers can range in looks some look pseudo-Asian, some look like Mideasterners, some look black those that are mixed like the Toureg. Berbers originally are SouthMed and Saharid. There is not much of a difference between Arabic speakers like the Jebala and Riffians genetically or even culturally other language, the same with the Mozabite Berbers. North Algerians and Kabyles only a linguistic difference. Many Berbers adopted Arabic because it was a lingua Franca. Moroccan/Algerian Arabic are hardly Arabic and are not mutually intelligible with other Arabic dialects like Iraqi, Levantine , Egyptian or Gulf Which all are mutually intelligible to each other. That’s because Moroccan and Algerian Arabic are more Berber in grammar, lexicon than Arabic.

North African Arabs are Berber in origins, not that admixed with Arabians. Plus there was other Semitic people into North Africa such as the Phoenicians who founded Carthage and Jews who migrated.

im not an expert on dna test but at least according to history ̶n̶o̶r̶t̶h̶ ̶a̶f̶r̶i̶c̶a̶n̶ maghrebi arabs=/=arabized berbers these are different people the real one are the are from arabian tribes will the others are arabized due to contact wait arabs tribes and modern pan-arabism movement

'Meds' is a term used for South Europeans, and South Europeans are descends of Steppe Pastoralists and have another genetic input, however South Europeans share altogether with North African Berbers a bunch of Early European Farmer component.
