All political parties have factions, PP might have a more republican centre-centre right faction. Or perhaps that 1/4 might have answered some neutral response to the question.

Practically every European royal house could have rights for any European throne , all of them are related.

Carlists haver old rights, but are Bourbons too, same for this dumb great-grandson of Franco.

The source for that graph is Electomanía, a Spanish website devoted to political surveys and election polls (both official ones and also ones they carry out themselves online among their userbase, as is the case). The site is not too big, and it seems to be populated for the most part by Podemos, Vox and PSOE voters --in that order-- from what I've gathered. I wouldn't take such data at face value.
