Apart from the fact a lot of media outlets would go brankupt as not much would be going on... It could be very boring, or not, like tackling more interesting issues than war, hunger, terrorism, racism, etc..things like space conquest, science discoveries, real ecology etc..
I would be really fascinated to see how some other civilizations could have dealt with it in similar contexts cause that must be happening elsewhere, maybe something even at more dramatic scales with different species living on the same planet. Could it be one of Fermi's great filter? i think it's a real possibility at this particular point in history that as a species we are held off by minorities.
The biggest threat for humanity isn't that we destruct ourselves with atomic weapons, i don't think that's the case anymore but that the entire world becomes somewhat of globalized shithole and civilization tumble out with unrestrained violence everywhere.

I think diversity is fine when distinct cultures and a dominant/homogeneous, native population in said countries are kept intact while the racial minority abides by the dominant culture's norms/assimilates. Diversity is fine is small doses, but nothing more than that. When I think of "diversity"; I think of distinct cultures and history of said countries in question that should be preserved and not mixed too extensively or too many problems arise as a result.
The world is fine with the diversity it already has; not what society or the media pushes.
“The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents. We live on a placid island of ignorance in the midst of black seas of infinity, and it was not meant that we should voyage far. The sciences, each straining in its own direction, have hitherto harmed us little; but some day the piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the light into the peace and safety of a new dark age.”
