Diana. Ameerah has too little nose, too big chin and higher cheekbones. Younger Ameerah would be an American teenage beauty standard. Perfect starring like a cheerleader.

This will all come down to preferences which proves the old adage that "beauty is in the eyes of the beholder".
I think Diana was a striking looking woman. She was always someone that stood out in a crowd. She wasn't classically beautiful but she definitely was a very attractive woman.
Anyway she was very sweet faced especially when young.
Anyway I think this will depend very much on your tastes as the two women are very different.
Ameera is very pretty as well but I think Diana was more striking looking and I guess a bit more unique. That's just my personal view.
