Most of the supreme court is liberal, so don't bother actually telling them to do their jobs correctly. Both the BLM and the Antifa organizations have interesting origin stories:

After the 2 Trump nominations, the Supreme Court is not liberal anymore.

Thats why they aproved the muslim bann.

But I think the birthright citizenship is a controversial topic and I dont know if the Judges appointed by the Bushes are in favor of revoking it.

They didn't fully block the ban, they only allowed certain provisions and orders of the ban and Trump just also ordered a ban on foreign workers. Also they are working on getting the ban to go through 100% currently

True but they thats how our checks and balances work, any power not granted to one entity is granted two the other sort of deal.
