depends on the individual, not all Iberians and not all Scandinavians look the same. if the Iberian has tan skin and blonde hair then that's a no from me, but if the Iberian is fairly light, not necessarily Scandinavian white but fairly white, then blonde hair can look good on them, but I think I'd still pick the Scandinavian Brunette like 6/10 times if both women are attractive to me

I don't find light hair to be particularly attractive, so I'd have to go with brunette Scandinavians.
