At first glance, this is a preposterous question and ought to have a resounding 'yes'. However, there are two schools of thought that argue otherwise:
(1) Leftists who go on about 'White privilege' and 'structural racism'.
(2) More bizarrely still, some right-wingers have a version of this, where they seem to think that everyone adores White people and non-whites cannot be ethnocentric and prefer people from their own ethnic groups. (I am mainly talking to you Duffmann and Incal).
