The stuff you posted even said 2019 it's not from the actual census, the census is still ongoing they haven't tallied their results yet which isn't going to be super accurate considering covid 19, riots etc. You can check the Census Bureaus website they are still accepting forms and have the census listed as ongoing.

Where exactly do you see that? I only see this below, which could be the Census conducted in 2020 but it cites 2019 as the last year fully accounted for since 2020 it's still under way. It doesn't say estimates or actual census.
