I disagree. On the Left, opposition to Israel (partly rooted in tropes about Jews all being rich and powerful) is far more widespread than opposition to Islam. Also, I disagree with the notion that Jews aren't White - Ashkenazim at least actually have a higher percentage of light hair/eyes than far Southern Europeans do. By contrast, most Turks and all Arab countries/peoples are clearly darker than Europeans.

We do often have a higher percent of light hair and eyes as well as very fair skin. Compared to deep Southern Euros. I have heard some people say that Ashkenazis that could pass in our host countries, would have a better chance of survival during a pogrom if they could blend in with there locals. So those that obviously could not fit in with locals in places like Poland, Lithuania, Ukraine, Belarus were probably less likely to survive. Natural selection i guess

I think today in the West, European Jews Are usually considered white. But in the past often not usually “oriental”. I identify as white and so does pretty much every American Jew who’s ancestors immigrated from Europe. I think to some we could be considered White passing. our ancestors probably wanted to be considered White and now I think society generally does consider us White. a lot of people seem surprised to know that Americans of Middle Eastern and North African ancestry are legally White
