The digit ratio is the ratio of the lengths of different digits or fingers. The 2D:4D ratio is the most studied digit ratio and is calculated by dividing the length of the index finger of a given hand by the length of the ring finger of the same hand. A number of studies have shown a correlation between the 2D:4D digit ratio and various physical and behavioral traits

Ratio = index finger/ring finger. Use the right hand.

For me it is 360/360 = 1, typically female.

Anything above 1 (index finger longer than ring finger) is typically female and indicative of higher prenatal estrogen. Anything below 1 (ring finger longer than index) is typically seen in males and indicative of higher prenatal testosterone.

Women average a 0.98 ratio.

Men average a 0.95 ratio.

Yup, my hand is the opposite of the pic in the op, my ring finger is notably longer than my index. I think this is pretty much always true for guys.

To others in this thread, I need a better image of your hand if you want me to measure your ratio. Its a very precise measurement which can't determine it simply by observation.

In my case most features correlate with my low digit ratio (be it physical or mental).
