Because you are partially gypsy, and gypsies, at least in Spain have a very traditional thinking about the role of women and couple relationships.

And for your opinions about this issue you, as individual, have not the same mentality I describe in that woman, but close opinions about those issues.

I like my body and eyes (the colour), not sure about the least maybe my hair because it's prone to photobleaching and I prefer it darker.
I like the way I look in general and have become more open admitting it lately, everyone should be confident to express it if they feel that way. trying to appear modest just comes across as low self esteem to others.
