Im focusing mainly on Latin American Amerindians, a lot of them seem to have flat nose, round face, small eyes which makes them look the tropical brown version of East Asians.

All Amerids have super straight hair. It comes from Devil Gates like ancestry (EDAR). ANE would have had straight hair as well (more steppe Nothern/Eastern Euros have straighter hair generally than ENF rich Meds for example) As for the other physical features, Brazilids and Istmids yes.
As for Angular features like straight nose and face, well ANE certainly made them distinguishable from pure East Asians, but local adaptation also played a role, think of Tibetans

The original Amerid would look like a carbon copy of Tlingits. Tlingits harbour more recent (well 6,000 year old) Ancient Paleo-Siberian (AP-1) ancestry that brought Dene-Yenisian languages from Siberia to North America. AP-1 is still close to all Amerindian tho

If an Amerindian has wavy or even curly hair, does that suggest that he might have some minor European or African admixture? How about facial hair? Can pure blood Amerinds grow beards?

But Tlingits can also grow a lot of beards unlike most Amerinds. Is sexual selection and evolution causes Amerinds to lose their facial hair growing ability?

Also do you have Tlingit samples? Can you tried model them as Devil Gates+AP-1+ANE+Jomon?
