Which subcultures freak you out?

I see that this thread has escalated quickly. Dog moms as in women who treat their little pets and address them as if they were their daughters / sons and pamper them? This is not a subculture but I am interested what else do you think about ... dog moms.

Why not? People generally suck. Look at this forum. Most of you are weirdos. Case closed. I despise the "redneck." Everything they do is emotion based and trying to prove they are badass when they are just uneducated hicks.

I may be too obsessed with my own problems, but none of them freaks me really out. I mean maybe i stare at them or so, but neither really lifts my pulse unless they try to convert me into sth really forcefully. Every community has its stupid people %...They freak me out, but its rather a personality trait.

I am somewhat of a goth, I attented a couple of goth-oriented parties even. Goths are cool. Hipsters not so much, and their music sucks big time.


I don't know any emos, but everything attached to them seems lame.

Extreme body modification freaks:

In the 50's they greased their hair back and put on a leather jacket. In the 60's guys grew their hair long, smoked weed and became hippies. In the 70's guys started getting ear rings and became punks. In the 80's they added make up and got into goth. In the 90's they added piercings all over the fucking place to the point where it became a mainstream TV joke. In the 2000's they starved themselves of masculine muscle mass and got into that gay emo shit. Then finally in the 2010's they started with the extreme body modifications.

It was mostly dumb shit like fashion choice and what variety of edge you wanted to have. Besides tattoos, body modifications were temporary. Wide gauge earrings could be taken out.

Now there is definitely a progression in freak culture, which would be all very well except in the late 2010's they got self-conscious and started demanding we not call them freaks any more.

Extreme tattoos like that along with gauging and piercing and other body modification are no more healthy than teenage girls slicing their skin up because they feel sad.

The fact there is so much hatred for people who dare criticise tattoos just shows us that the body modification subculture is made up of hypersensitive douchebags that are incapable of hearing criticism. They need to stop pushing their self-mutilation coping mechanisms on other people as if they were healthy expressions of individuality.

Yup, this is awful! I can't imagine why people do that to themselves. Especially considering how much it may limit your outlooks in jobs.
