I didn´t see any map,but I remember that that village is in the interprovincial border, the father of one of my nephews is from Elorrio, I have visited that zone many times.

My niece's grandparents were one of those few left who spoke fatal Spanish, they told me that my Euskera was "garbia" and that I spoke "Teleberri"-like Basque.

I still don´t know well if in that zone they speak Gipuzkeraz or Bizkaieraz, if I remember well, they used to finish nouns with -e, and not with -a, at least the father, but maybe the father origins were not from that zone, maybe they used a mixed Euskalki?

With the exception fo Mutriku and Deba, the rest of vilages of Deba Valley villages have historically spoke 100% bizkaieraz.
