Why the insults?

Sorry, I didn't mean to refer to anyone personally. By "you", I was speaking from a third person POV and referring to what leftists think of people that say "BLM's slogan is racist".

I'm not really pro-BLM. I recognize their faults. There probably is some unjustified Black deaths that occurred at the hands of the cops but also some unjustified non-Black deaths at their hands. The main issue is deeper and not simply racism against Blacks.

My original post was just about the slogan of BLM. I don't think there's anything wrong with it. Whether BLM is necessary or not in the first place is a different argument.

He's a retard. Black Lives Matter means "Black Lives Matter Too" NOT "Black Lives Only Matter". By his logic, if his house is on fire, we should ignore it because "all houses matter". I don't care about BLM but his logic is pretty poor.

That's a dumb argument. There are many reasons to oppose BLM. Opposing them for that slogan makes the whole anti-BLM movement look like its full of dumb racists.

Fuck off with this cartoon. You know why we didn't say "all lives matter" in these instances? Because "All Lives Matter" was created about 1,5 year ago. As a reaction to BLM.

I am not a believer of the black victimhood narrative. Black on white murder is higher then the other way around, some people try to justify murders done by blacks by saying blacks are poor which is stupid, murder is murder.
Furthermore, I don't think cops kill blacks on purpose or racially target them. Disproportionate amount of blacks are killed by police which happens because disproportionate amount of them are criminals and they're more likely to resist arrest. I heard they are also more likely to shoot at cops than other races (didn't fact check the last one yet though).
That being said, I don't think it was ok to take George Floyd's life away.
