How is the situation in Portugal? Greece is still largely traditional-but-not-backwards society, Cyprus always even more conservative version of Greece. Italy is more or less the same I gather. Unfortunately Spain seems to have lost its way, cultural leftism is mainstream there I think.

Apart from Cyprus obviously and then Italy, Iberians are thought here as completing the Mediterranean package. Many similarities in mentality between us. So I am wondering if Portugal still represents those same values or like Spain has gone more wayward.

I think the Left in Spain is more radical, more antifa than in Portugal. Here they are milder both the left and right, people are not so prone to extremes.

I didn't notice them before I posted the video, but later I saw comments stating / suggesting that Biden was quoting someone. He does look like he's reading something from a sheet of paper. If I had realized these things in the beginning, I would have refrained from making the post.
