Except Germany wanted us to enter... For their own economy's sake. And please, these money from the bailouts never went to us, apart from a 9% of the entirety of the loans. The rest went to Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, Crédit Agricole, BNP Paribas and the ECB.

We didn't get anything basically. The Germans gave their money to bailout their own banks and France's.

The European Union's resistance to such an exchange of territories is due to the fact that it may stimulate similar processes of secession in other parts of the Old Continent. There are minorities in other countries as well: the Basques, the Catalans, the Austrians in Northern Italy, the Hungarians in Romania, Vojvodina and of course ...... the Bulgarians in the Western Outskirts. All significant powers are courting Serbia and want it to be their sphere of influence. Its heads of state are trying to reconcile incompatible things. Both to become a member of the EU and not to be a member of NATO. Both to maintain their special relations with Russia. To the south of them is Kosovo. It is a great pain for them. It has already been irretrievably lost, and Serbs still consider it part of their state under the Constitution. The European Union has made it clear to them that until they recognize this new state, they will not become part of the EU. Many countries around the world, including Bulgaria, have recognized Kosovo independently.

Well this is mostly true.
Kosovo is practically not under Serbian rule now but I doubt it will ever become fully independent and real country.

Nobody in Serbia wants to join EU except the government. Even if want we cant join because of Kosovo problem. Who are Bulgarians in Serbia? I never meet any of them and now i read in wiki that there are 18000 of them and they live somewhere in southeastern Serbia.
