    Default French Genetic Divergence

Generally, can it be substantiated that French people fall into one of two clusters based on which side of the Loire River they are on?

the geographical area is not necessarily a guarantee. For example, the people of Languedoc remain fairly close to the populations of the Center of France and are less drawn to the Basques.

Apart from part of the Bretons and the Basques, the French, a large part of France, are relatively homogeneous.

Can't group Bretons with Basques in this matter IMO. Basques are very different from all Frenchmen except for nearby departments in Aquitaine which is clearly due to Basque influence. Bretons on the other hand overlap with other Northern French although clearly more similar to Welsh/SW Brits.

I supose that Provence, South France et l´Occitanie peuvent aller ensemble(peut etre aussi avec les basques -français), mais j´ai surtout interet au French cluster consideré unique.
