Maybe, but it never will be obsolete. After all, it doesn't matter what you do, point is to be best/among best in your profession. I know mediocre engineers who dont work in their fields and some who work for 500 Euros or so and auto mechanic who earn 3 times more. Only real problem here is that a lot of people finish Law studies without real interest/talent for it. For example, when I enrolled in college, there were 1,200 students in the first year, 1/2 failed to finish 1st year, out of those 600 maybe 300-400 will finish studies and out of them, 50-100 have real affinity for it (including me), rest are either people who made a mistake in choosing a profession or people who are not for any faculty which is not case only with my profession but with every other too, a lot of people want to have faculty diploma but they are not for that.
