What Religion(s) Did Your Ancestors Follow?

Which religion(s) did your ancestors follow? Almost every side of my family followed a different sect/denomination of Christianity, with one branch following animism.

- My maternal grandmother's family were all Roman Catholics (the religion I was raised with). Her father was born in Croatia, and her mother was a Candian of Irish and Scottish descent.
- My maternal grandfather's family were a mix of Lutherans, Anglicans, and Anabaptists. His father was an American of Norwegian descent, and his mother was an American of German, Swiss, and English descent.
- My paternal grandmother's family were all Baptists. Her parents have deep roots in the US, and I haven't been able to trace them outside of the US. Based on their surnames and my grandma's DNA results, they were all originally from the British Isles.
- My paternal grandfather's family were Baptists, Quakers, and Animists. His father was of French, German, and British Isles descent (the latter is a guess based off of surnames and DNA records). His mother was of French (Huguenot), Native American (Wicocomico), and English descent.

If we're talking about close ancestry, they were Catholics and Protestants (yeah, oddly enough from someone like me). If we go a bit further back, then probably Shamanism and Tengrism. That's it.

As far as I know, all ancestors were Orthodox Christians.
