In communities where the members are in the mafia I would say this is normal since the older people actively promote antisocial behaviour on children , but I do not think it is that common among non-mafia related clans.

Not surprising, a number of travellers in the UK are into bloodsports like dog fighting, hare coursing, badger digging etc.

Having an aggressive dog is all part of the scene - cruelty often comes with having a fighting dog, often they won't go to the vets if the dogs have health issues or damaged in fights.
