One interesting case is Colombia. Mixed colombians normally have some SSA (many have an important amount) but whiter colombians have very low SSA.

    Its pretty rare

Look in this "white" colombian sample almost nobody has high SSA, similar to the chilean range

Average Colombians only have around 10% SSA ancestry. So the fact that overwhelmingly white Colombians are less SSA doesn't come as a surprise really.

These over 80% euro colombians have less african admixture than euro uruguayans.

But ofc over 80% euro are Colombians are like 1/6 of Colombians when over 80% euro uruguayans are like 3/4 to 4/5 of the people.

Exactly, while the majority of the uruguayan sample is over 80% euro , just a minority of the colombian sample is.

I even doubt than in a country like Cuba the SSA is higher than the amerindian component (whether it is, it is by a short margin)

The single country in Latin America where the SSA is predominant in highly-european people is Dominican Republic, and in most cases (except some brazilian regions) it tends to be 0 or almost everywhere.
