What's the origin of hunter eyes?

Hunter eyes are eyes without upper eyelid exposure and good under-eye support, of course they should be central-canthal tilted. Too much positive canthal tilt will remove the 'hunter' effect. Good examples of hunter-eyes:

My eyes are deepdet and bulging out at the same time just like they're slanted and round at the same time too.

So. I guess I'm a hybrid.

Also my eye most definitely pushes out against my lower eyelid, and I think against the upper one too, that's why my eyes sometimes look super huge. And I think it's gotten worse due to my thyroid issues... Should have taken my meds properly I guess lol.

Lol nonsense stuff. The result is that kids will squint their eyes like idiots thinking they will attract girls who don’t give a damn about these things.

Why is it that most "hunter eyes" are photoshopped photos of models? It would be good to see real examples, natural non touched pictures of "hunter" eyes people.

And most people can also make their eyes look "hunter" eyes if wanted. Maybe not as clear as in these pictures, but a bit more. I have pictures in which I appear to have more hunter eyes and others in which I appear to have "normal" eyes.

The models in the top row look like their eyeballs are embedded inside their face, so that their eyeballs don't push against the lower eyelids. Particularly the first model also has eyes where the front part of the eyeball is clearly deeper in the face than the inner corner of the eye.

Maybe it works better the other way. That if someone has very straight lower eyelid margins, then it's almost impossible for them to have protruding eyeballs.

I also tried searching the website of the Latvian casting agency for photos of males whose nationality was listed as Estonian and whose current age was listed as between 18 and 30 (http://balticcasting.com/en/database/item/men/). I excluded models who looked non-white or who didn't have a profile-view photo taken against a blue background.

This was maybe the best example of "hunter eyes" among the models. He has non-protruding eyeballs, low palpebral fissure height, and low upper eyelid exposure. He also has low supraorbital rims, so that he has a short distance between the eyebrows and the eyes. The eyeball looks like it's embedded within the face, so you can't see it pushing against the lower eyelid.

These ones have shittier eye shape, with more protruding eyeballs, higher orbits, and higher upper eyelid exposure. The skin around their eyes is also darker and more unevenly colored.
